The situation is such that the severe heat is also taking a toll on people’s lives. Two people died under suspicious circumstances within two days in village Tigdi of Sheeshgarh area. Villagers say that the health of both the persons suddenly deteriorated. Blood came out of their mouths and they died within a short time. Villagers are saying that both died due to heat.

The transformer in village Tigadi is out of order from the past four days. Even after the villagers complained to the officials, the transformer has not been installed. The gram pradhan of village Tigadi said that the transformer has been out of order for four days. The officials have been informed, but the transformer has not been installed. There are around 250 connections in the village and a 100 KVA transformer, whose capacity is also low. The village has a population of around 3500. Due to high consumption and load, the transformer gets damaged every day. There has been no electricity in the village for the past four days.

The village head says that due to the scorching heat, the condition of Sajjad Khan (53 years) of the village suddenly deteriorated on Wednesday and Mohabbat Ali (55 years) on Tuesday. Both of them bled from their mouths. The family members took them to the hospital where both died. On the other hand, Baheri XEN Chaman Prakash said that the village head has been talked to several times about increasing the capacity of the transformer, but he is not aware of the deaths of people due to heat.
